Top chef, food writer and author of the Naked Diet is working closely with Panasonic to demonstrate how with the right recipes, ingredients and kitchen devices, it is easy to Experience Fresh eating every day.

Using Panasonic’s Innovative Small Kitchen Appliance range, Tess Ward has created a range of nutritious, easy and accessible recipes, how to videos and tips – designed to optimise overall health and happiness.

Inspired by future food trends, all recipes are relevant to modern lifestyles and include convenient solutions to combat winter blues, inspire hard-working parents, provide interesting vegan alternatives and brilliant options to help revitalise the body as we approach the festive party season.

Using an array of pioneering Small Kitchen Appliances, the recipes have been created using Panasonic’s Slow Juicer MJ-L500, Blender MX-ZX1800Food Processor MK-F800 and Steam Combination Microwave NN-DS596.
