Frankfurt, Germany (23rd February 2015) – Panasonic has today announced several new additions to its range of ALL-connected audio systems, featuring versatile multi-room capability. In addition to the new SC-ALL2 and SC-ALL5CD speakers, Panasonic has also introduced a premium HiFi System (SC-PMX100), Sound Bar (SC-ALL70T) and Speaker Board (SC-ALL30T), all of which are WiFi and Bluetooth enabled.

The ALL-connected audio products have been developed to provide ease of use and exceptional sound quality throughout the home, enabling you to re-stream to other connected speakers from a range of audio sources including mobile devices, DAB+ radio, TV or a CD. Perfect for those who like to fill their home with their favourite tunes or a blockbuster soundtrack, the subtle and stylish SC-ALL2 and SC-ALL5CD speakers have been designed and built to complement a variety of home interiors.

Compact audio anywhere in the home

The new SC-ALL2 connected speaker provides the ultimate combination of smart networking, high quality performance and compact design. Utilising Panasonic’s decades of experience with premium audio technology, the latest addition to the ALL-connected audio models allow you to stream from a mobile device and enjoy stunning sound quality via a high-performance speaker.

The SC-ALL2 also features an 80mm full-range speaker and Long Stroke Woofer that produces bass that you would expect from much larger speakers, as well as crisp and clear sound in the medium and high-frequency ranges.

With easy-to-use Bluetooth connectivity you can access audio content from a smartphone or tablet with the press of a button. The speaker and accompanying Panasonic Music Streaming app is also compatible with a range of online content providers, including the likes of Spotify, Napster, Aupeo! and ALLPlay™ Radio powered by TuneIn, so you’ll have millions of tracks at your fingertips.

The SC-ALL2 also allows you to enjoy audio from other ALL-connected audio devices around the home via WiFi, whether that’s a CD or DAB+ radio from the SC-ALL5CD, or TV output via an ALL-connected Sound Bar. This versatility allows for an array of audio set-ups, from individual speakers around the home or multiple speakers in one room for impressive stereo or 5.1ch surround sound.

Every element of the SC-ALL2’s compact design provides stunning aesthetics and is practicality suited to various parts of the home. The small size makes it perfect for a bedside table or kitchen work surface, and a touch sensor is used to provide a sleek user interface. The speaker also features a clock with an alarm function, as well as six personalised buttons for quick and easy access to your favourite stations without the need for an accompanying device.

Share your favourite CD or radio station with friends

Alongside the SC-ALL2, Panasonic has also announced the SC-ALL5CD, the firstmulti-room speaker with CD, radio and Bluetooth streaming functionality. Like other devices in the range, the versatile speaker connects to other ALL-connected speakers, allowing you to enjoy your CD collection or favourite DAB+ radio channels as you move from room to room throughout the day.

Whether you’ve chosen to stream from your phone, listen to a CD, or tune in to the radio, the SC-ALL5CD guarantees the very best audio performance. Music never sounds truly convincing unless it’s accompanied by deep, dynamic bass, so the material supporting the ALL5CD speaker diaphragm has been softened and re-shaped to allow greater movement and more impactful sound.

The speaker’s LincsD-Amp adds authenticity of audio, providing a natural sound with minimal interference and distortion. This latest audio technology from Panasonic manages to minimise issues such as jitter and power supply noise that usually cause distortion in digital music playback. The result is crisp and clear trebles that bring audio to life in the comfort of your own home.

Wall-mountable, the speaker’s aluminium panel and touch sensor give the SC-ALL5CD a sleek and slim finish suited to even the most stylish of bedrooms, kitchens or lounges. The control section is highlighted by a silver ring that matches other devices in the range and the control buttons also illuminate for easy use in dark environments.
