Panasonic launches VIERA television advertising campaign, “True to the Director’s Vision”
Panasonic is pleased to announce the launch of ‘True to the Director’s Vision’, a new advertising campaign for its award-winning range of 4K HDR VIERA TVs. Building on the success of the established VIERA TV creative platform, ‘Mastering the Magic of Light’, the new campaign brings to life Panasonic’s cinematic credentials & Hollywood collaborations whilst highlighting the new 4K HDR technology.
Not one to rest on its laurels, Panasonic is pleased to announce the launch of ‘True to the Director’s Vision’, a new advertising campaign for its award-winning range of 4K HDR VIERA TVs.Building on the success of the established VIERA TV creative platform, ‘Mastering the Magic of Light’, the new campaign brings to life Panasonic’s cinematic credentials and Hollywood collaborations whilst highlighting their new 4K HDR technology.
To form the backbone of the campaign, Panasonic have worked with award-winning cinematographer Vanja Černjul, (Netflix original series Marco Polo, Orange Is The New Black), to create a visually arresting short film, “Converging Beams”, shot and mastered in 4K HDR.The TVC follows Vanja as he creates this captivating film about lost love, comprising immersive film snippets and behind-the-scenes footage of Vanja as he reflects upon the benefits and challenges of working with the latest 4K HDR technology.Vanja shares his thoughts on the importance of reproducing the director’s vision as accurately as possible to enable viewers to maximize their home viewing experience.
The advertising campaigns debuts in cinemas on 29th April and then launches on TV later in at the end of May. Produced by creative agency Brave, the TVC and short film lie at the heart of the campaign, accompanied by an extensive suite of multi-channel assets. The integrated campaign was planned by Vizeum, including programmatic Video On Demand (VoD), as well as an array of online and press advertising, comprehensive point of sale and social media. The 30 second TV spot advertising will run in the UK and Republic of Ireland until 12th June.
